Falkirk’s first Eggless Cake Shop is three months old and it’s already a local favourite

Back in December, I told you about Ammar Ali opening the first Eggless Cake Shop in Falkirk. It was a fascinating story because his decision wasn’t just about opening a great, new business, but a personal one, too. Three months in, I’m happy to say that Ammar has truly “made it” as the owner of Falkirk’s first ever Eggless Cake Shop.

Customers are pouring in through the doors, and cakes are flying off the shelves – so much so, in fact, that Ammar has already requested his delivery of fresh stock to be doubled from fortnightly to weekly. We knew he was going to do a roaring trade, but to hit that kind of milestone early on has exceeded even our expectations.

It’s a real testament to Ammar’s hard work and just how much he has put into making this work for him, and the Eggless Cake Shop team have worked equally hard to give him the infrastructure he needed to make this possible.
