They always say the start of the year drags, but here we are coming to the end of February already!

With spring just around the corner, it feels like the perfect moment to pause and reflect on everything that’s been happening over at the Eggless Cake Shop franchiselately. Looking back at recent months, there’s been quite a bit of activity worth sharing so, as we head into a fresh new season, I thought it might be the ideal time to bring you up to speed.

New franchisee hits the ground running in Falkirk

One of the biggest news stories from the end of 2025 was the launch of a new Eggless Cake Shop in Falkirk, with former restaurant owner, Ammar, at the helm.

His story is well worth a read, as it wasn’t just the excellent business opportunity the franchise offered that convinced him to become part of it, but also what it could offer in terms of a better work-life balance. Something we can all relate to!
